Fernanda Feher (Brazil, 1988) currently lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. She graduated from the Pratt Institute in New York. In her practice as a multimedia artist, Feher subverts traditional portraiture by placing subjects in fantastic, sometimes impossible landscapes heavy with symbolism. She had a solo show, The Conflict Between the Eagle and the Serpent, at Galeria Millan, in 2021. In 2018, her work was featured in Planos da Luz in Lisbon, curated by Thiago Verardi, Quimera, at Gallery Arte 57, São Paulo, curated by Fernando Ticoulat; and #Paintings during her stay at the residency 3331 Arts Chiyoda, in Tokyo.
